Password Reset Tokens are emailed out when a new user is added to the portal and when an admin initiates a password reset for one of their users. The tokens expire after 15 minutes for security reasons.
If the Password Reset Token you received expires before use, you can simply reset your own password following these steps:
Go to https://app.palidin.net
Click Forgot Password
You will then be directed to type in your email on the "Forgot your password" page
Type in your email and select Reset Password
