As part of our transition from PALIDIN to FraudFighter, we’re making a few updates to improve your experience and make it easier to find the tools and support you rely on.
Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth transition.
What's Changing?
1. Portal URL Change
On September 5th, 2025, the PALIDIN portal will move from:
app.palidin.net → app.fraudfighter.com
If you visit the old portal address, you’ll automatically be redirected to the new one. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks and whitelisting the new domain for uninterrupted access.
2. Help Center URL Change
We’re also moving our Help Center from Intercom to a dedicated support site:
support.fraudfighter.com
You’ll still find the same great resources—FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting tips—just in a cleaner, easier-to-navigate format.

IT Guide: Whitelisting the New URLs
If your organization uses firewalls, proxy servers, or content filters, please ensure that the following URLs are allowed/whitelisted:
https://app.fraudfighter.com
https://support.fraudfighter.com
Here’s how to handle that in common environments:
Windows Environments
For Web Filters (e.g., Cisco Umbrella, Barracuda, Fortinet):
Log into your filtering dashboard.
Locate the URL Filtering or Allowlist section.
Add the URLs:
app.fraudfighter.com
support.fraudfighter.com
Apply changes to relevant policies or network groups.
Allow time for propagation if applicable.
For Proxy Servers (e.g., Squid):
Add to the config file:
nginxCopyEditacl fraudfighter dstdomain .fraudfighter.com http_access allow fraudfighter
Save and restart the proxy service.
macOS Environments
For MDM Tools (e.g., Jamf Pro, Mosyle):
Go to your web content or security settings.
Add both domains to the allowlist:
app.fraudfighter.com
support.fraudfighter.com
Deploy updated profiles to managed devices.
For Local Restrictions:
Open System Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy.
Under Web Content, add both URLs to the Allowed Websites list.
Additional Technical Considerations
Ensure HTTPS (port 443) is open.
If using SSL inspection, ensure trusted certs are in place or bypass SSL inspection for these domains.
For DNS-based filtering, allow
fraudfighter.com
to cover all subdomains.
