Updated this week

As part of our transition from PALIDIN to FraudFighter, we’re making a few updates to improve your experience and make it easier to find the tools and support you rely on.

Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth transition.

What's Changing?

1. Portal URL Change

On September 5th, 2025, the PALIDIN portal will move from:

app.palidin.netapp.fraudfighter.com

If you visit the old portal address, you’ll automatically be redirected to the new one. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks and whitelisting the new domain for uninterrupted access.

2. Help Center URL Change

We’re also moving our Help Center from Intercom to a dedicated support site:

support.fraudfighter.com

You’ll still find the same great resources—FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting tips—just in a cleaner, easier-to-navigate format.

How to Update Bookmarks

To avoid confusion or reliance on redirects, we recommend updating your saved bookmarks to reflect the new portal address.

For Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager.

  4. Locate your PALIDIN bookmark.

  5. Click the three-dot menu next to it and choose Edit.

  6. Update the URL to: https://app.fraudfighter.com

  7. Click Save.

For Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Favorites > Manage favorites.

  4. Locate the PALIDIN bookmark.

  5. Click the Edit (pencil) icon.

  6. Update the URL to: https://app.fraudfighter.com

  7. Click Save.

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Open the Library (Ctrl+Shift+B) or click the Bookmarks icon.

  3. Find the PALIDIN bookmark under Bookmarks Menu or Other Bookmarks.

  4. Right-click it and choose Properties.

  5. Update the Location to: https://app.fraudfighter.com

  6. Click Save.

IT Guide: Whitelisting the New URLs

If your organization uses firewalls, proxy servers, or content filters, please ensure that the following URLs are allowed/whitelisted:

Here’s how to handle that in common environments:

Windows Environments

For Web Filters (e.g., Cisco Umbrella, Barracuda, Fortinet):

  1. Log into your filtering dashboard.

  2. Locate the URL Filtering or Allowlist section.

  3. Add the URLs:

    • app.fraudfighter.com

    • support.fraudfighter.com

  4. Apply changes to relevant policies or network groups.

  5. Allow time for propagation if applicable.

For Proxy Servers (e.g., Squid):

  1. Add to the config file:

nginxCopyEditacl fraudfighter dstdomain .fraudfighter.com http_access allow fraudfighter
  2. Save and restart the proxy service.

macOS Environments

For MDM Tools (e.g., Jamf Pro, Mosyle):

  1. Go to your web content or security settings.

  2. Add both domains to the allowlist:

    • app.fraudfighter.com

    • support.fraudfighter.com

  3. Deploy updated profiles to managed devices.

For Local Restrictions:

  1. Open System Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy.

  2. Under Web Content, add both URLs to the Allowed Websites list.

Additional Technical Considerations

  • Ensure HTTPS (port 443) is open.

  • If using SSL inspection, ensure trusted certs are in place or bypass SSL inspection for these domains.

  • For DNS-based filtering, allow fraudfighter.com to cover all subdomains.
