Right now, PamPam doesn’t have multi-user logins or a team feature — kind of like Instagram, where everyone who manages the account uses the same login.
If you want to share access to your maps with colleagues, you’ll need to create a shared Google account and connect it to PamPam.
Step 1 — Create a Shared Google Account
Go to Google Account Sign-Up.
Pick an email address you feel comfortable sharing with your teammates.
Example: yourteamname.maps@gmail.comShare the email and password with your team members in a secure way.
Step 2 — Create a New PamPam Account
Sign out of your current PamPam account.
Sign up for a new PamPam account using your shared Google email.
This will be the account you and your team use moving forward.
Step 3 — Move Your Maps to the Shared Account
In your current account, go to each map you want to transfer.
Turn on “Allow Copies” in the map’s settings.
Log into your new shared PamPam account.
Open the copyable maps from your old account and click Copy to add them to your shared account.
Step 4 — If You’re a Paid Subscriber
If you have a paid PamPam subscription on your old account, contact us via Intercom, and share with us your old email, and your new email.
We’ll transfer your subscription to your new shared account so you don’t lose any features.
Or, email us at hello@pampam.city with your old email, new email and request to change the subscription to the new email.
💡 Tip: Treat your shared Google account like a shared key — keep it secure, and only share it with people you trust.
