Switching to Panda Mobile? It’s easy! You will need however to get the account number and pin from your previous carrier.

This information is unique to every number and carrier, and for this purpose, you will need to get in touch with your previous carrier for the exact details.

Account Number:

This is a unique number that identifies your account. You can usually find it on your bill, in your online account, or by contacting your carrier.

PIN or Porting PIN:

Most carriers use a 4-digit PIN to confirm your identity during the porting process. You may need to request or reset it through your carrier’s app, website, or support team.

Important: Make sure the number you’re transferring is a US-based number to avoid issues.

Coming soon: We'll provide guides for each carrier to help you find or get your Account Number and PIN easily.
