Currently, Panda Mobile has two marketing websites offering different packages and plans. While most basic services and features are similar across both sites, pricing and certain advanced features vary depending on the plan you choose.
Panda Mobile will soon be migrating all services to pandacellular.com. In the meantime, both websites remain active and accessible. The steps below will guide you on how to switch from an eSIM to a physical SIM, and vice versa, depending on which website you used to create your account.

NOTE: These steps are only needed if you’re activating a new SIM and initially used eSIM. If you initially activated a physical SIM, you can simply switch back from eSIM using your original SIM—only eSIMs require a new QR code for activation. If you don’t have a physical SIM yet, contact help@pandamobile.com and we’ll process your request manually. Once you receive your SIM, you may follow the steps below.
Ensure network connection – Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal – Access your account through our portal.
Select your line – On the landing page, click 'view details' for the line you want to update.
Manage your SIM – Go to 'manage' to start the process.
Activate your new SIM – Under 'Your SIM', click 'Get new SIM' and choose Physical SIM.
Enter ICCID – Input the ICCID number printed on your SIM card, then click Complete.

Eject the SIM tray: Use a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip to open the SIM tray on your phone.
Insert the SIM card: Place your Panda Mobile SIM into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, then slide it back into your phone.
Restart your phone: Allow your phone a few moments to recognize the new SIM.
Deactivate old eSIM: Your old eSIM will automatically stop working once the new SIM is set up.

Note: If you are switching to eSIM - ensure that your phone is eSIM compatible.

If your device is eSIM compatible - you should be able to view your device's eSIM unique identification number (EID)
Ensure network connection: Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal: Access your account on our portal.
On the landing page, click 'view details' on the desired line.
Go to 'manage': Click on this option to start the process.
Generate an eSIM: Under 'Your SIM', click 'Get new SIM' and choose eSIM to generate a QR code.
Scan the QR Code: Use your device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
Your physical SIM will automatically stop working once eSIM is set up.
NOTE: If you change your mind and want to switch back to a physical SIM, you can use your original SIM. Unlike eSIMs, which require a new QR code for activation, you can simply insert your old physical SIM, but make sure to delete the active eSIM on your device first. Once the eSIM is removed, your physical SIM should work properly.
