Switching from eSIM to Physical SIM
Note: If you activated your account using eSIM and want to switch to a physical SIM, just contact us at help@pandamobile.com with your request, and we will process your request by manual order.
Log into your portal: Access your account through our portal
Ensure network connection. Make sure your device is connected to a network before starting.
On the landing page, click "view details" on the desired line.
Go to "manage". Click on this option to start the process.
Activate your SIM: Under 'Your SIM', click “Get new SIM” and choose physical SIM
Enter the ICCID number printed on your SIM card, then click complete.
Installing Your SIM Card
Eject the SIM Card Tray: Use a SIM ejector tool (or a small paperclip) to open the SIM tray on your phone.
Insert the SIM Card: Place your Panda Mobile SIM into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, then slide it back into your phone.
Restart Your Phone
8. Your old eSIM will automatically stop working once the new sim is set up.

Note: If you are switching to eSIM - ensure that your phone is eSIM compatible.
Dial *#06# and press the call button
If your device is eSIM compatible - you should be able to view your device's eSIM unique identification number (EID)

Go to "manage". Click on this option to start the process.
Generate an eSIM. Under 'Your SIM', click, 'Get new SIM' and choose eSIM to create your eSIM
Scan the QR code: Use your new device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM
Your old physical SIM will automatically stop working once the new one is set up.
