💕Here is a guide on how to cancel your order.
First, please check your order status:
If your order shows "Purchased"
This status means your agent has purchased for you. If you want to cancel/exchange, you can click “Contact” to tell your agent. They will help you contact seller. The whole process takes about 1-5 days.
If your order shows “Seller sent”
This status means your item is on the way to our warehouse, please wait for the item to arrive at the warehouse first, and then ask return/exchange.
If your order shows “Stored”
This status means your item has arrived at our warehouse. If your order is stored within 5 days, you can click the "Return/Exchange" within five days, your agent will contact the seller and process ASAP after receiving the application. The whole process takes about 3-7 days.y
If your order is stored more than 5 days, usually sellers do not accept the application and you are not able to apply for a return/exchange on the order page.
If you still want to return/ exchange, please contact your agent.
Agent will help you negotiate with the seller. But the final decision depends on the seller, hope to get your understanding :)
If you want to return/exchange after received the order, kindly contact our after-sales customer service. We wil try our best to protect your interests but since it may cause expensive return&exchange freight, it is recommend that you return/exchange it before you submit the parcel ✨
