1. When do I need use forwarding service🧐
I ordered the goods from third-party shopping platforms such as Taobao and 1688 by myself and sent them to the Pandabuy warehouse.
I found out that Pandabuy has good service with a cheap shipping fee, so I plan to forward the goods from an address in China to the Pandabuy warehouse.
Tips: At present, we dont support fowarding from abroad.😇
2. How to use the Forwarding service🤔
First, Click "More functions---- Forwarding" on the home page ,
or find"order" page, click"+Forwarding Order Self-Service"
on Pandabuy App
Then it will start the fowarding service.
Then, on the next page, please read the forwarding risk carefully and confirm that you accept. After that, you will find our warehouse address:
Next, copy and send the address to your sender. When your item is on the way to our warehouse, please fill in the information of the tracking number of the goods to be shipped according to the requirements on the page. Please make sure to fill in the correct courier bill number that needs to be forwarded according to the logistics bill number provided by the merchant.
Correctly filling in the parcel's tracking number can maximize the efficiency of the forwarding order entry and product information matching, and reduce the processing time delay caused by the Pandabuy team's interaction with you and secondary confirmation due to incorrect information filling.
After you have entered all the courier numbers, click "Submit" to generate the forwarding PO order. You can view it in "My Orders".
3. Other questions about forwarding order😀
What if I want to return/exchange the forwarding orders?
Firstly, please negotiate with the seller to return the goods.
Secondly, after the seller agrees, you need to ask them for address of the return, then submit your items to the seller's address.
When you submit a parcel, please note that you should choose the exact province, not simply "China" . otherwise the "submit" button will still be gray and you could not click on it .
note :
For safety reasons, no door-to-door pickup for return. the only way to return forwarding orders is to submit the parcel .
when you submit a domestic parcel, a service fee will be charged which is 20 CNY , you will also have to pay the shipping fee
Why does my declaration say 0 CNY on my forwarding items?
Because you bought it on another shopping platform, the exact price is unkonwn by the system.
If there are only forwarding items in your package, please declare by yourself. Choose "Personalized Declare" to change it.
If there are other normal orders, you can declare by system. ( Customers can still modify the declaration after parcel is submitted, or download the Clearance Certificate into Excel and correct it).
Tips:
When creating a forwarding order, each additional line of courier order number means adding an order (PO), the Pandabuy team will classify the products in an order (PO) under a product PI, take QC photos and store them in the warehouse. If the number of products in a single express parcel is large and the volume of a single unit is large, the Pandabuy team will take QC photos of the products in the parcel separately and store them in the warehouse, then you will see multiple product PIs.
Please make sure that you have paid the domestic freight. If your item need to pay the domestic freight after arriving at the warehouse, the warehouse will refuse the item.
The price of forwarding items are unknown, so insurance does not cover the value of forwarding items. If you buy insurance for your package, the compensation amount will not include these forwarding items. Also the insurance fee will not count in forwarding items.
