As a purchasing platform, Pandabuy cannot decide the seller's behavior, and we cannot promise the seller's specific delivery time.
After you pay for the order, your agent will contact the seller for you to purchase within 24 hours.
If your order status shows "purchasing"
It means your agent has purchased for you, now need wait the seller to ship it.
If the seller hasn't sent in 7 days, and you don't want to wait anymore, you can choose to cancel the order.
Note: If your order interface has the "Delivery Time" button, it means that other customers have purchased this item before. And you can click to view the seller's historical delivery time as a reference.🕐
If your order status shows "Seller Sent"
Congratulations! Seller has sent the item, generally speaking, it will take 3-5 days to arrive our warehouse. And after it arrived, you will get the free QC pictures.
If there is no information updated in 3 days, your agent will help you contact seller to confirm, please don't worry:)
