Hi guys💕, this article mainly introduces the definition, function and usage scenario of rehearsal service.
Pandabuy rehearsal packing service is an additional warehousing service and it charges 20CNY per time.
The warehouse page's weight&volume data are estimated by the system. It helps you prepack the items you want to send according to your packing requirements.
This service offers you accurate parcel volume/dimensions and accurate weight, we will finish the prepacking for you within 24 hours.
Rehearsal is NOT a real parcel, the warehouse team cannot provide the picture or package video. The warehouse team will put the items back to storage after rehearsal, so package will not be discarded.
Rehearsal CAN NOT change the unavailable shipping options limited by the mail restriction.
Demo Procedure:
Check 'Warehouse' Page and Tick items that you want to prepack
You can choose whether to remove tags/remove packaging;
We have Vacuum Bag/Shoe tree/Stretch Film/Moisture Bag/Corner Protection/Parcel Reinforcement as charged packing services;
Choose your preferred shipping method, this is an optional choice, you can also choose your shipping method later;
Use the remark bar if you have some more details to add, such as
Keep the box but remove plastic packaging;
Split parcels reasonably, I need GD-EUB available;
Submit all the items with Europe DHL Line, please remove all the extra package, I accept to split into two parcels if it is large, etc
Then, submit a rehearsal packing service order, it charges 20CNY per rehearsal
Check the Rehearsal menu for all your submitted rehearsal services orders;
Warehouse processing it for you, normally it will be finished within 24hours
Check Confirm and Submit and you will be redirected to the parcel submission page
Submit a parcel and pay the shipping fee

Tips:
If your rehearsal is invalid, it may be caused by the order status, such as Warehouse received, invalid orders, shipped already or submitted as return/exchange, etc.
If you want to add/reduce orders or modify packaging requirements after the rehearsal is completed, it is not available. You can submit the parcel directly on warehouse page and remark your needs. The warehouse will help you pack according to the parcel remark. If rehearsal is not completed, please tell your needs to the online cs, we will help you modify the requirements.
