1. How to track my package?

Step 1: Copy the tracking No. on your parcel page.

Step 2: Use 17track to see the current shipping status. Another easy way to track is to click on "Tracking details" on your parcel page.

2. When will my parcel be shipped?

Because the warehouse need to process many parcels every day, parcels can only be packed in turn. The time for logistics providers to pick up parcels from the warehouse is different for each route. Please check this:

For the shipping timeliness, it may be hard to answer friend. Since the international shipping may be affected by many factors.

KR-EMS:

If the logistics information can't be queried, please do not worry. The delivery time of this route is as follows:

1 Parcels status is updated to shipped between 17:01 on Sunday and 17:00 on Friday (UTC+8) will be shipped and sent to South Korea on Thursday night, and the tracking will be updated on Saturday/Sunday;

2 Parcels status is updated to shipped between 17:01 on Friday and 17:00 on Sunday (UTC+8) will be shipped and sent to South Korea on Sunday night, and the tracking will be updated on Monday/Tuesday

When the parcel shows: Ready for acceptance

This means that your parcel is on the way to South Korea, and the logistics will not be updated until the parcel arrives in South Korea.

Therefore, the logistics will not be updated for several days.

When the parcel shows: INCHEON

This means that your parcel is on the way from South Korea to the destination country. The parcel will not be updated until it arrives in the destination country.

PD-SAL/SAL

1. Logistics information can’t be queried:

Please rest assured that the logistics updates will not be available until 3-5 days after the parcels of this route have been shipped.
Sometimes there will be several days of delay due to holidays and other reasons, which is normal~👍

2. Parcel shows:Next step【** International Mail Exchange】 (transit):

This logistics status means your parcel is currently waiting at the airport for the release order from the customs.

Don’t worry👍sometimes due to flight shortages or delays in customs processing, it is normal for logistics to stay at this step for a few days.🤗

3. Parcel shows:Guangzhou City, delivered to the carrier:

This status means your parcel is waiting for flights/boats or has already in flights/boats or just arrived at destination country and waiting for dealing now.The tracking won't change till your parcel has arrived at destination/transit country and scanned by local staff, so this process will take longer.The carrier of this route will choose to ship randomly by sea or air based on the actual situation.If it is transported by boat, the time will be longer, please wait patiently.

Every parcel that uses this route will go through the process of not updating the logistics for a long time. This does not mean that your parcel is stuck.🤗

4. Parcel shows:Airline receives/ Airline departure/:

This status means your parcel is waiting for flights/or has already in flights/ or just arrived at destination country and waiting for dealing now.The tracking won't change till your parcel has arrived at destination/transit country and scanned by local staff, so this process will take longer.It doesn't mean your parcel is stuck at some point,don't worry and hope it arrive your destination country soon~

5.Parcel shows:The plane entered the port:

This logistics information means that your parcel is in transit in the transit country.
(We are unable to check which transit country is)

The tracking won't change till your parcel has arrived at destination/next transit country and scanned by local staff, so this process will take longer.

Every parcel that uses this route will go through the process of not updating the logistics for a long time. This does not mean that your parcel is stuck.🤗

6. Parcel shows:[** International Mail Processing Center] remarks: security check:

Don't worry😊, sometimes the parcel will be returned due to strict customs inspection or other parcels in the same batch cannot pass through Chinese customs.

Currently, there are two possibilities for parcels:

1.Your parcel will be returned directly to the warehouse, we will return the international shipping fee to you.You can submit the parcel again.

2.Your parcel will keep trying to pass customs. Then it will passes through the customs, it will be sent out smoothly(most likely).

1. Parcel shows:Next step【** International Mail Exchange】 (transit):

1. Invalid tracking number:

Please don't worry, after you submit the parcel, it will be shipped to the logistics provider first, and the logistics provider will update the final tracking number, which usually takes 3-5 days to update.😎

2. Logistics information can't be queried:

3. Parcel shows:HK, Shipper created a label:

This means your parcel is on the way to HongKong, and the logistics will be updated after the parcel arrives in HongKong.

4. Parcel shows:Lap Kok, HK, Departed from Facility:

In this status, which means your parcel is on the way from Hong Kong to the destination country.
The parcel will not be updated until it arrives in the destination country.

1. Parcel shows:Goods leave the operation center/Arrive at the receiving point:

This status means Your package is currently being processed domestically, Your package will be taken to the airport where it will wait for your flight to be arranged, sometimes it may be delayed due to holidays or special events which is normal ~

2. Parcel shows:In transit, flight is expected to take off at xx and land at xx:

This means the flight is already arranged for your parcel. If your parcel successfully load this flight, the tracking info will update when it arrive custom clearance country (For tariffless line-B, the tracking will only update after customs clearance completed); If not load this flight, it will continue to wait next flight, so please wait patiently~😊

3. Parcel shows:Flight landed, Customs clearance:

This means that your parcel has arrived customs clearance city and is waiting for customs clearance to be completed, after that it will be sent to Germany and then your country, it takes some time to complete this progress, don't worry if the logistics is not updated for several days.😊

4. Parcel shows:Customs clearance completed/delivery service provider:

This status means your parcel has already completed customs clearance and is waiting to be handed over to carrier/already collected by carrier, it will soon on the way to Germany and after that to your country, the transit time depends on carrier, but normally won't take too long from here.❤️

5. Parcel shows:The international shipment has been processed in the export parcel center:

This logistics status means that your package has been processed in the export processing center, the next and final step will be shipped to your local area,this section of transportation usually by truck, so it may take some times.❤️

6. Parcel shows:handed over to airline company:

This logistics status means that your parcel has been handed over to the airline company, and the next step is to wait for the flight to the customs clearance country.

Sometimes it may take several days to arrange the flight. After the flight is arranged, there will be a new tracking update showing the estimated departure and arrival time. After arriving in the customs clearance country and complete customs clearance, the tracking will be updated again, and sometimes the flight shortage or delay may cause it to fail to arrive within the expected time, which is normal.

This route use triangular transporting, the package will first be transported to EU countries for customs clearance, and then transported to other European countries

Europe Line

1. The tracking updates slowly, and the tracking will be updated only after pick up by carrier. If the tracking is stuck in customs clearance or has not been updated, it may be that it has not been picked up by carrier or is still waiting to be cleared by customs, please don't worry and wait patiently for the next tracking.👍

2. There is a situation that tracking shows go to South Korea first and then go to EU countries for customs clearance. This is the route arrangement of the logistics provider, because there is no direct flight, and the parcel will go to South Korea for transit. The route arrangement may also be adjusted randomly according to the actual situation, it is normal, don't worry🤗
