How can I manage my booking?

You can easily manage your booking online.

Want to change your booking? No account is needed.

What's possible to do:

  • Change your number plate

  • Change date and time (up to 1 hour before the start of your booking)

  • Cancel your booking (up to 1 hour before the start of your booking)

⚙️ To manage your booking:

  1. Open your access page (link in the booking confirmation email)

  2. Click on 'Manage your booking'

  3. Select what you want to change in your booking

Can't find your confirmation email? Go to My bookings on parkbee.com and fill in your phone number. If you have a booking with that phone number you'll receive a text with the link to your booking.

⏱ If you change the date and time of your booking:

- For extra time you pay extra.

- For a shorter period you will receive a refund of the difference (if applicable) back to the payment method with which the booking was paid for. Any refund will be processed in up to 5 business days.

📍 Changing of location:

If you wish to change the booking location, just cancel your booking and make a new one.

⚠️ Attention!

You can make changes or cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the booked entry time.

If any refund is due, it will be processed in up to 5 business days, directly to the payment method you have used.
