The "We can't find an invitation for this email" error
If you are seeing this error during the sign-up process, it means you are trying to set up your account with an email address that is not registered in your ParkBee community. Please use the email address that you received the invitation for.
Stuck on the "please wait while we redirect you" screen
Did you get stuck on the "Please wait while we redirect you." screen after pressing the "Set up my account" button in the email invitation? This probably means that you are not clicking on the link from the same device on which you have the ParkBee Communities app installed.
Please open the email invitation to set up your account on the mobile device you have the app installed on and try it again.
