Eligibility for Cancellation:
All entry types are eligible for cancellation, including entries placed with cash funds, Promo Funds, Free Entries, Payout Boosts, Slashed Lines, and Player Boosts.
You must cancel within 5 minutes of creating the contest.
The first game in the contest must be at least 15 minutes away from starting.
How to Cancel:
Open the app and go to the Entries section.
Locate the entry you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel Entry button (if available).
Important Notes:
For security reasons, our team cannot cancel or modify entries on your behalf.
Any promotion applied to your entry — including Payout Boosts, Slashed Lines, Player Boosts, Promo Funds, and Free Entries — will be returned to your account upon cancellation.
If the Cancel Entry button is not visible, it means:
The 5-minute cancellation window has passed, or
The first game in your contest is starting within 15 minutes.
