Within the Pricing & Lead Time tab, select the pencil icon on the Lots modal:

Within the Lot Pricing modal, click on the + to add new lots and enter in the lot name, cost, discount, and margin information.

Now to assign the lots, click into the lot cell of that line item and start typing in the lot name or you can double click into the cell for the lot dropdown.
