How to Customize Submittal and O&M Templates

Learn how to set default submittal and O&M package templates at the branch level to ensure consistent document formatting across your team.

Admins can set default templates for submittals and O&M packages to ensure every document your team generates follows the same consistent format β€” no manual setup required each time.

1.Add Branch Details and Branding

1. Click the gear icon to open Account Settings.

2. Select Branch Locations and click into your branch.

3. Under Branch Details, add your address and contact information.

4. Under Branch Branding, upload your company logos.

Tip: Logos and contact details added here will automatically appear on all submittals and O&M packages generated from this branch.

2.Configure Submittal and O&M Default Settings

1. Scroll down to Submittal Customization within your branch settings.

2. Toggle on or off the fields you want included in every submittal by default.

3. Click Save.

4. Scroll further to O&M Customization and repeat the same process.

5. Click Save.

Note: These settings become the default for all users in this branch. Individual users can still override any toggle when creating a specific package if needed.
