  • Join our exclusivity program – Process all bags through Bounce and become part of our exclusive partner network.

  • Meet performance requirements – Each boost has specific criteria you must meet to unlock it.

  • Automatic vs. Manual activation – Some boosts are activated automatically, while others require manual redemption through your Partner Portal.

Managing and maintaining your boosts

Once you’ve unlocked a boost, it’s important to stay on track to keep it. Here’s how to manage your boosts:

  • Track your progress – Your Boosts page provides an easy-to-read overview of your unlocked and locked boosts, and your progress.

  • Review requirements anytime – Click on a specific boost to view its requirements, and make sure you’re always meeting them to keep it active.

  • Stay consistent – Keep your performance up to ensure you continue reaping the benefits of your boosts.

Avoid losing boosts

We understand that business performance can fluctuate. If you fall below the required criteria for any boost, you’ll have 30 days to regain eligibility before losing access.

  • Regain eligibility – If a boost is removed, you can unlock it again by meeting the criteria again.

  • Keep track – You’ll be notified if you’re at risk of losing a boost, giving you time to take action.

Here’s a breakdown of the key criteria for unlocking and maintaining boosts:

Store rating

Some boosts require a specific store rating, based on data from the last 3 months.

Bookings volume

Certain boosts require a minimum number of bookings in the last 3 months to ensure Bounce processes are followed properly.

Signage connected

All Bounce signage must be connected to your location to help walk-in customers book correctly and contribute to your walk-in bonus.

Store pictures

Upload pictures of your storefront and surroundings to help customers find you easily and increase demand.

Serve all customers

Avoid cancellations due to your location being closed. We analyze this data from the last 3 months.

Bag capacity

Some boosts require you to store more than 50 bags in a single day to handle the increased demand driven to your location.

Extended business hours

Certain boosts require extended hours to accommodate customers, especially during marketing campaigns that drive traffic at all times.

Customer reviews

Encourage customers to leave reviews to improve your rating and increase your chances of unlocking more boosts.
