At Bounce, most of your customers will book online, but sometimes, customers simply walk by your store and want to make a booking on the spot. We call these “walk-ins.”

How to handle walk-in customers

To make the most of your walk-in customers and provide them with the best experience, follow these simple steps to get prepared:

  • Display Bounce signage clearly - Make sure your Bounce signage is easily visible in your store. This helps customers identify you as a trusted Bounce location and encourages them to book with you. The more visible the signage, the higher the chance of attracting walk-ins.

  • Ensure the signage is linked to your store - The QR code on your signage should link directly to your store’s page on the Bounce platform. This allows customers to book and pay securely with you. Always double-check that the QR code directs them to your page. Read more on how to link signage.

  • Process all payments through Bounce - It’s important to process every booking through the Bounce platform. Do not accept payments outside of the system. This ensures customer bag protection, and you’ll increase your chances of earning bonus!

Why this is important

  • Security - When payments go through the Bounce platform, customer bags are covered by our protection plan (up to $10,000). If you handle bookings outside of Bounce, you risk covering any potential damages yourself.

  • Bonus Rewards - For every 20 walk-ins you process via Bounce, you’ll earn a $50 bonus, on top of your regular commission. Want more? Become an exclusive partner and earn $100 for every 20 walk-ins! [link to exclusivity request]

How to track your walk-in progress

Want to know how close you are to earning your bonus? Here’s how to track your walk-in count:

  • Home - In the partner portal, go to the “Today’s Digest” section. You’ll see how many walk-ins you’ve had that day and your progress toward your bonus.

  • Rewards page - On your rewards page (tap “More” and then “Rewards” on mobile), you’ll find the walk-in count and details about your bonus progress.

By following these steps, you’ll not only make sure that customers are properly booked and protected, but you’ll also earn extra rewards for your hard work. Thanks for being a part of the Bounce network!
