Attracting customers who walk in without a prior booking is super easy with Bounce. Your distinctive Bounce signage and unique QR code empower you to seamlessly connect with customers on the spot. If you have not connected your unique QR code yet, please check this article: Attracting Customers without Prior Booking.

Here's a quick guide to effortlessly assist walk-in customers:

  • Share Your Unique QR Code:

    • Ask the customer to scan the unique QR code displayed at your store.

  • Automatic Store Access:

    • Once scanned, the customer will be instantly directed to your store, simplifying the booking process.

  • Check In the Customer:

    • Tap the Check-in/ Check-out button at the bottom of the Reservation page.

    • Scan the customer's QR code or enter the PIN manually.

    • Notes:

      • Once the code is scanned, the customer will directly be checked-in.

      • If you have checked in a customer's luggage by mistake, you can undo the check-in within 10 seconds of taking the action.

    • For extra security:

      • Attach a Bounce Tag to the bags and store them in your store's secure area.

      • Take a picture of the bags with your Partner Portal app > go to the booking details page and click "Add bag pictures".

  • Ready for Check Out:

    • Ask for reservation details.

    • After confirming details go to the booking details page on your Partner Portal and manually check-out the customer by pressing "Checkout manually".

    • Request a review - the customer will be prompted to rate your store and your service. Remember to ask them to give you a nice rating, to encourage future customers to pick your store.

By leveraging your signage and QR code, you enhance the customer experience and increase the chances of securing a booking.

Our partners are an essential part of making the Bounce experience seamless!
