Managing your notification preferences on Bounce is a breeze! Whether you're using our website or our app, you can customize how you stay updated with just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to ensure you never miss out on important updates.
On the Website:
Log in to Bounce Partner Portal.
Click on the arrow beside your account name located at the upper right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, click on Profile.
Scroll to find "Your notification preferences for Bounce Office".
Choose the topics you would like to get notified about by toggling the button on the right side of each topic.
Billing: Tips, bonus payments, refunds, etc.
Information: Digests, tags, etc.
Reminders: Opening hours reminders, holidays, etc.
Bookings: Notifications from bookings, cancellations, etc.
Select your preferred mode of communication: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or App Notification.
Click "Save" at the bottom to apply your changes.
On the App:
Launch the Bounce app on your device.
Tap the three dots above the word "More" located at the lower right corner of the screen.
Select "Profile" from the menu.
Look for "Your notification preferences for Bounce Office".
Choose the topics you would like to get notified about by toggling the button on the right side of each topic.
Select your preferred mode of communication: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or App Notification.
Click "Save" at the bottom to apply your changes.
