If you're using Bounce for package storage, here's what you need to know about how long your package will be held and the associated policies:
Pick-Up Windows and Late Fees:
Pay As You Go or Monthly Subscription: You have a pickup window of 5-7 days after your package is delivered. If you pick up your package after this window, a late fee of $1 per day per package will be charged.
VIP Plan: With the VIP Unlimited plan, you have a generous pick-up window of 30 days, and a late fee of $1 per day per package will be charged.

All packages are subject to a 30-day storage limit. If a package remains unclaimed after 30 days, store owners have the right to return or dispose of the package.
