1. Find the list of included treatments
Head over to the "Profile" section at the bottom menu.
At the top menu, navigate to "Membership"
If the member is subscribed to a membership, they'll see a page that looks similar to the one below. To select a monthly redeemable treatment, the user must click here:
2. Selecting a treatment
They'll see their list of included treatments that come with the membership. In the below example, the member can only choose the following Hydrafacial and Dermalux Light Therapy treatments every 2 months.
Once the member has made their choice for which treatment they want to redeem first, they'll need to select it, and click on "Select your free treatment":
3. Lastly, they'll need to click on "Got it!".
3. Treatment appears under "My treatments" with service type quantity.
Navigate over to "Treatments" and wait a few seconds.
The treatment card should appear under "My treatments"
The member can now manage his or her remaining sessions by redeeming each session each time they come in clinic. Then, once all of the sessions are redeemed, the treatment card will appear under "Used treatments".
4. Redeeming a treatment and tracking quantity.
To redeem a treatment, this process must be done securely in clinic. Here's how it goes.
It's important that members keep track of their remaining sessions/treatments/units they have left to avoid confusion in the process.
Under "Treatments", the user must select the treatment they've come in clinic to redeem (the treatment they have just had or are about to have done).
Clicking on the treatment will give more info, such as for example the amount of sessions remaining.
2. Click on "Scan in office to redeem":
3. Input the quantity. If the patient is coming in for their first session of two, just input 1 session like so:
4. A QR code will pop-up on screen:
5. From your dashboard, scan the QR code by clicking on the "Scan QR" button at the very top right of your screen. Present the QR code in front of your camera until you hear a beep.
6. Once scanned, click "Save".
7. After saving, the user will see their remaining sessions decrease:
Congrats! Your patient has successfully redeemed a session and can keep track of remaining sessions.
Redeeming from your dashboard (no scanning)
You can also redeem a treatment on behalf of a patient without scanning. To do this, click on "Client Profiles" from your left-hand menu. Search the client's name and click on the result. A pop-up will appear. Within the bottom right of this pop-up, you'll see a "Redeem a purchase" button. Click on this and select the treatment(s) to be redeemed.
