Redeeming a purchase is important because allows you and your patients to keep track of which of the purchases the patient has already come in clinic for.
To do this, click on "Client Profiles" or "Shop Summary" from your left-hand menu. Search up the patient you'd like to redeem a purchase for. Click on their name. A pop-up will appear with "Redeem a purchase" button at the bottom left. Click on this.
You'll then be prompted to select the amount of units to be redeemed. This is the number of sessions / areas / units included in their purchase.
