Drafting & Campaign Scheduling

After you book an ad in the Paved Marketplace and upload creative assets, it's time to review the rough draft and approve your ad.

Updated over 2 years ago

After you've booked an ad and uploaded your ad's creative into Paved, your campaign is almost ready to launch.

Before the campaign is officially sent, we'll need the publisher to send a test email so we can get your final approval on the ad.

After you approve the content, your sponsorship is ready for scheduling and sending!

Awaiting Draft Stage

After you upload your creative to Paved, your campaign status will move into Awaiting Draft status. This means it's time for the publisher to incorporate your assets into their email template and send a draft to both you and the Paved team for approval.

In this phase, it's the publisher's responsibility to place the ad unit into their newsletter. When that's done, they'll need to send a final draft to both the advertiser and the Paved team.

Campaign Approval

After the publisher submits their draft, the campaign will move into Approval status. As the advertiser, you can either approve the draft or request last-minute changes.

Campaign Scheduling and Launch

After you approve the draft, the campaign is officially finalized!

Your approval moves the campaign into Scheduled status on your Paved dashboard. This lets the publisher know that they should schedule the send in their ESP.
