This step is optional but highly encouraged. Using your own subdomain creates a more seamless experience for your potential sponsors by keeping them on your site.
Follow the steps below to set this up for your Booker page:
On the Booker Settings page, click the Use Custom Domain button.
Enter the domain you'd like to use and click Save.
Next, on your domain provider's site, you'll need to add a CNAME record and a TXT record with your registrar or DNS provider to configure your domain.

As a final step, you can upload a sample newsletter to your Booker sponsorship checkout flow.
The is optional, but we highly recommend it. The preview will display for advertisers when they're selecting an ad placement and designing their ad creative.
Here's what the Booker modal looks like with and without a sample newsletter:

Without a sample newsletter:
To add a preview, all you need to do is upload a recent issue of your newsletter in HTML format. Just select your newsletter file and click Upload.
After the upload, a member of the Paved team will review the newsletter and create a sample ad placement for you. We'll build this for you within one business day. Whenever the sample is ready, we'll notify you via email.
Tip: If you ever want to change the newsletter preview, return to your Booker Settings page and upload a new newsletter sample.
➡️(Optional) Use the Booker Popup
➡️(Optional) Use the Booker Popup
If you'd like to, you can also embed Booker directly on your site. This allows advertisers to book sponsorships from a pop-up window, without ever leaving your website. This is an optional feature and can be used in conjunction with the standalone version of Booker.
Installing the Booker popup on your site is easy. Simply place the Booker snippet into your site's <head> tag. This doesn't require coding for most platforms like WordPress and Wix. Next, you can add the popup anywhere you'd like.
How to set up your Booker popup:
Navigate to the Booker Settings page and go to the Use Booker Popup section.
Copy and paste the Booker code snippet into your site's <head> tag.
Set the href attribute on your desired link or button.
Once you’ve added the snippet to your head tag, you can test if it’s working correctly by adding #sponsor to the end of the page's URL. You should see Booker immediately.

Note: Alternatively, if you’re using Google Tag Manager, you can paste the code as a custom HTML tag. We recommend this for Beehiiv or other platforms that won't allow edits to the landing page header code.
Share Your New Sponsorship Page
To wrap up, be sure to link to your new sponsorship URL in your pitch deck or media kit, then add it to your social media bios.
Congrats! Now you're ready to manage sponsorships the easy way.
