Navigation
To access the Amenity Scheduling module, go to Other Tools > Amenity Scheduling.
Views, Sorting, and Filtering
The module offers two views: Cards and List. Both display similar information, so choose whichever you prefer.
From either view, you can sort your amenities and apply filters to narrow what's displayed. Filters include active or draft status, free or fee-based pricing, and whether approval is required.
At the top of the page, you'll see a quick summary showing pending approvals, upcoming bookings, total available amenities, and your booking revenue for the year.
You can also access your archived amenities from this page.
Amenity Details Page
Click on any amenity to open its details page. From here, you can take several actions:
Edit the Amenity — Update any of the amenity's settings.
View the Booking Page as a Homeowner — Preview what the booking experience looks like for homeowners. Note that the Confirm and Book button will be disabled in this preview since you're only previewing it, not placing an actual booking.
Share the Booking Page — Send the booking page to homeowners via email. These emails can also be scheduled to go out at a later date, and you can view any scheduled emails from the Amenity Details page.
Adjust Availability for Specific Days — This is useful for setting blackout dates or if the amenity will be undergoing maintenance.
Add a Booking for a Homeowner — Homeowners can always make bookings themselves for an active amenity, but if you need to place a booking on their behalf, you can do that here.
Archive the Amenity — If the amenity is no longer needed, you can archive it from this page.
Booking Management
Below the amenity details, you'll find all bookings organized by status: upcoming, pending approval, completed, and canceled or declined. You can click into any booking to view more details, including a timeline of events.
For more on any of these capabilities, check out our other articles on the Amenity Scheduling module.
