Learn how to cancel the switch process for your Timesheet and Rosters subscription on Payroller with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Click your company name in the lower-left corner.
Step 2: Select ‘Settings’.
Step 3: Choose ‘Billing’.
Step 4: Click ‘View plan’.
Step 5: Under ‘Timesheets & Rosters Subscription’, click ‘Manage plan’.
Step 6: Select ‘Cancel’ next to ‘youWillSwitch’.
Step 7: Click ‘OK’ to prevent the system from switching the plan on the renewal date.
