What is Employee Verification?
Employee Verification is an optional feature that allows you to request confirmation of an employee's super details before submitting a super contribution through Beam.
Verification requests are typically completed within 24 hours.
Note: Not all super funds currently support member verification. If a fund doesn't participate, you'll see a Not Supported status.
How to verify an employee
Go to Superannuation.
Open Employee Verification.
Click Send verification.
Wait for the verification result.
Verification requests are typically completed within 24 hours.
Verification statuses
Verified
The employee's super details have been successfully verified by their super fund.
What you need to do
No action is required. You can proceed with your super payment.
Pending
Your verification request has been sent and is awaiting a response from the employee's super fund.
Verification requests are typically completed within 24 hours.
What you need to do
Wait for the verification result. If the request is still pending after 24 hours, please contact our Support team.
Failed
The employee's super details couldn't be verified by the super fund.
What you need to do
Review the employee's super details and confirm they're correct.
If the details are correct and verification continues to fail, please contact our Support team before submitting your super payment.
Not Supported
The employee's super fund doesn't support the Member Verification Outcome Response (MVOR) service.
What you need to do
You can still proceed with your super payment if you're confident the employee's super details are correct.
Not Supported doesn't mean the employee's super details are incorrect. It simply means the super fund doesn't currently support member verification.
Not Submitted Yet
A verification request hasn't been sent for this employee.
What you need to do
Click Send verification to begin the verification process.
