There are three situations for updating card details


Please note that if your client has not provided you with access to their subscription, then you will not be able to update their card details. You can either request your client to provide you access or you can update the card details to the agent paying for the subscription.


Updating the client's credit card details for clients who have provided agent access to their subscription

Select the three dots on the right side of the client card

Select 'Billing'

Select 'Update card details'

Make sure 'Client pays' is indicated, and select 'Enter card details on behalf of the client'

Enter the new card details and select 'Confirm'

The card details have now been updated


Updating credit card details to the agent, for clients who have not provided access to their subscription

Select the three dots on the right side of the client card

Select 'Billing'

Select 'Update card details'

Select 'Agent Pays'

Enter the card details, check that you are subscribing for the correct amount and subscription type, and select confirm.


Updating card details for agents who are paying for the client's subscription with their agent card.

There are two ways to update the agent credit card


Settings section

In the agent portal, go to Settings.

Select the 'Payment method' tab.

Add in your new card details and press save.


If you would like to update the card details for all the subscriptions you are paying with the agent card make sure to tick the checkbox provided.



Subscription section

Click on the three dots next to any client whose subscription is being paid for using the agent's card.

Select 'Billing'.

Click on 'Update card details'.

Select ‘Agent pays’

Enter the card details, check that you are subscribing for the correct amount and subscription type, and select confirm.
