If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for whatever reason, you can do this one of two ways.

Resetting your password when you have forgotten the password

Step 2: From here, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button.

Step 3: Enter your email and select ‘Request reset link’.

You’ll be emailed instructions about how to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email, first check your junk or spam folder. If no email was received in either of these, contact our support team via the support chat or hello@payroller.com.au and they'll help you out.

Step 4: Open up the email and click ‘Change password’.

Your password has now been reset. Select ‘Go to login’ to access your account now.
