If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for whatever reason, you can do this one of two ways.

Resetting your password when you have forgotten the password

If you aren’t already logged into Payroller, you’ll need to go to our login page.

From here, click on the Forgot Password button.

Enter your email where you’re asked to.

You’ll be emailed instructions about how to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email, first check your junk or spam folder. If no email was received in either of these, contact our support team and they'll help you out.

Open up the email and click on the link.

This will take you to a page that will ask you to set a Strong Password.

Set a strong password in the top box and then confirm it in the second box.

Click Submit to proceed.

Resetting your password while logged into the account

If you are already logged into Payroller, go to the Settings section in the left hand column.

Click on Personal Settings.

Choose Reset Password.

Enter your new password and confirm it in the corresponding boxes.

Click ‘Reset Password’ when you’re satisfied.
