Learn how to reset your password in Payroller with our simple guide below.

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for whatever reason, you can do this one of two ways.

Step 1: If you aren’t already logged into Payroller, you’ll need to go to our login page.

Step 2: From here, click on the Forgot Password button.

Step 3: Enter your email and select ‘Request reset link’.

You’ll be emailed instructions about how to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email, first check your junk or spam folder. If no email was received in either of these, contact our support team and they'll help you out.

Step 4: Open up the email and click ‘Change password’

Step 5: Set a strong password in the top box and then confirm it in the second box.

Step 6: Click Submit to proceed.

Your password has now been reset. Select ‘Go to login’ to access your account now.

If you are already logged into Payroller, you will have the option to reset your password straight from the settings page

Step 1: go to the Settings section in the left-hand column.

Step 2: Click on Personal Settings.

Step 3: Choose Reset Password.

Step 4: Enter your new password and confirm it in the corresponding boxes and select ‘Reset Password’.

Your password has now been reset
