Learn how to unlink your agent from your Payroller account with our simple guide below.

If you are an agent trying to unlink your client from your agent account please follow this guide.

Step 1: To unlink your agent from your account, select ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Select ‘Organisation Settings’.

Step 3: Go to ‘Linked Agent’.

Step 4: Click on 'Unlink' or 'Unlink current agent and link another'.

Step 5: Click ‘Yes!’ if you wish to continue.

Your agent has now been unlinked
