Learn how to complete a bulk pay run and a bulk STP report in Payroller

Learn how to complete a bulk pay run and a bulk STP report in Payroller with our simple guide below.

Step 1: To do a bulk pay run, select the ‘Bulk Payroll’ section in the left-hand column.

If you are on the newest version of Payroller you should see this screen

Step 2: Select the clients that you wish to run payroll for.

If you cannot select your client it may mean that you need to subscribe or upgrade your subscription to run their pay run.

Step 3: You will then be taken to the Adjust section for the first client. Review the figures and click ‘Next’,

Step 4: Review the figures In the Review section then click ‘Save & Send payslips’ or ‘Save’ to proceed.

This will take you to the payroll of the next client.

Once you've completed the pay runs for each client, you'll need to submit their STP report to the ATO.

Step 5: To do this, select ‘Bulk STP Report’.

Step 6: Tick the relevant clients.

If you have not enabled STP for your clients make sure to enable STP before submitting STP.

Step 7: Fill out the STP Lodgement Declaration.

Step 8: Click on 'Submit STP' to complete.

If you have not paid for enough active seats on a client who is subscribed you will need to upgrade the seats before you proceed.
