On Payroller there are currently five different reports that you can download. These include;
Payroll Employee Summary Report: Offers an overview of employee earnings, deductions, tax, super, net pay, and amount paid in a given period excluding opening balances.
Payroll Activity Summary Report: Provides a detailed breakdown of all payroll transactions in a given period, including STP adjustments.
Superannuation Report: Summarizes employee superannuation contributions in a given period for easy tracking and compliance.
Leave Balance Summary Report: Shows leave balances based on the employee's current hourly rate.
Employee Contacts Report: Lists employee contact information for easy access and communication.

Step 1: Select ‘Reports’.
Step 2: Select the Report type that you wish to generate.
Step 3: Select the employee(s) you wish to view.
Step 4: Select the Period that you wish to view.
Step 5: Select ‘View report’.
Step 6: Select the arrow icon to download and print icon to print.
You can choose to download the article in either PDF or CSV format.
