Peak Strength has some measures in place to help you make up any workouts that you’ve missed.
When a workout is missed, Peak Strength will prompt you to make up the missed workout ONLY if you log in on a day that you do not have any workouts assigned to you.
If you do have workouts assigned to you, it is recommended you complete the scheduled programs so that you stay on track.
