How do I add Bonus workouts to my training plan?

How to find Bonus workouts and add them to your daily schedule.

You can add extra workouts directly to your daily schedule at any time. To explore what's available before adding, see:

  1. On the Training Dashboard, tap "Add Workout" below your current workouts.

2. Choose a workout or workout type from one of three sections:

  • For You: Workouts you've previously skipped, program workouts that weren't scheduled this week, and skipped Assessment Week workouts. Adding from this section applies the Optional tag.

  • Add-ons and Bonus Workouts: Additional training outside your core plan. Adding from either section applies the Bonus tag.

3. If you chose from Add-ons or Bonus Workouts, select the specific workout you want to complete.

4. Tap "Start Workout" to begin right away, or "Add to today" to add it to your current training day.

If you tapped "Add to today," the workout appears at the bottom of your Training Dashboard. Tap into it and tap "Start Workout" whenever you're ready.
