When MISapp appears to have run but for some reason names, classes or years have not been updated this process can be used to rectify this.

Below are two steps, please perform Step One first. If your names do not update after this step, then move onto Step Two. This should take you no more than five minutes to complete.

Step One

1a: Launch the MISapp application by double-clicking the MISapp icon. If you cannot find it, select your start menu on your PC and type MISapp into the search bar. Once the application has launched, select the Debug tab followed by the Clear old data button.

1b: Navigate back to the Schedule tab within MISapp, enter the Windows account credentials password and select Run Task. This should start the process of updating your pupil records in Tali.

Please note: This may take up to 30 minutes to update, it will not be instant.

Step Two (Only complete if Step One does not work)

2a: Locate the program folder from your PC's local C drive (C:\ProgramData\Pebble\{Pebble School}) - Your folder will be labelled with your school name. Once in here, you must delete all files in this folder.

2b: Navigate back to the Schedule tab within MISapp and remove any current task. Once removed, enter the Windows account credentials password and select Register Task. Once the the task is registered, select Run Task to manually start the process of updating your pupil records in Tali.

You should then be automatically moved into the Log (Task) tab where your reports will start to run.

Please note: This may take up to 30 minutes to update, it will not be instant.

If after this time, MISapp is still not communicating with Tali, please book a call with our technical department by following this link - Book Help
