IMPORTANT - Pebble manage deployed iPads, for use as Tills using a Mobile Data Management (MDM) system called JAMF. Security restrictions are in place to disable the ability to remove Apps from iPads. However, from time-to-time, we may need to remove an App to re-install it as part of a fault rectification process.
If you identify that you wish to remove an App or re-install an App for any reason please contact Pebble Support at support@mypebble.co.uk
Most, if not all of the Apps Pebble use require login credentials, it is important that you have these credentials ahead of following the below instructions.
To remove an App after liaising with Pebble Support do the following:
Touch and hold the App on the Home Screen, until the App wobbles
Tap the "-" at the top left-hand side of the App
When prompted tap Delete App to delete it from the iPad
Once the App is deleted, Pebble Support will Force Sync JAMF to re-download the deleted App from the App Store.
