With the recent App update from SumUp, when looking up a customer on your Till under the person icon, you can now receive a more intelligent and specific search. To use this new feature, you will need to enter the customer's name or PIN, followed by selecting the red 'Search customer' button.

This will display the customer(s) that relate specifically to that search, or the exact customer if a PIN was used over name look-up.

You will now be able to complete your sale with the customer assigned.
