Occasionally you may need to 'Save' rather than process a sale on your Tills, this might be because of a WiFi failure or a forgotten credit card for example.
You can action this on the Till after you make the Product choices from the 3 dots next to the spyglass;
Click>Save and then write in the notes field the name or PIN of the purchaser for later processing against their user account as below.
By clicking the cog wheel>tip right you will see the Saved Sales option to access the previously Saved Sales.
Here you can access Saved sales. Once you save a sale, you can open the saved sales option to either finalise or void them once the internet connection has been restored.
