Adding photos to your POS

You can upload static URLs for each photo to the SumUp back office. These will display at the till when you press the wand icon.

To enable this feature, please contact our support team. We can set it up for you.

You can add URLs manually, or we can upload them for you for a small fee.

To add manually;

  1. Navigate in GoodTill to Customers>Customer List>Search for Customer

  2. Edit Customer

  3. In ‘More Fields’ find Customer Field 4

  4. Enter the URL and Submit to close the record

If you want us to add the URLs in bulk, please provide a CSV. Here's how to format it correctly and send it to us:

To do this, export the CSV of customers from GoodTill's back office in the Customer List section. Alternatively, you can request our customer support team to do this for you and share the file with you.

It will look like this;

In column AB (custom_field_4), add each photo URL that you want displayed next to the name when the wand icon is pressed on the POS.

Please then share this file as a CSV with the support team. Note that there is a small charge for this bulk upload service.
