Add spectator and auditor tickets to your entry

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Step 1: Understand What Spectator Tickets Are For

The Spectator Tickets step appears during the event registration process.

This stage is used by show managers to offer additional ticket types for the event, such as:

  • VIP Tickets (e.g., for ringside seating, catering access, or hospitality areas)

  • General Admission Tickets (for standard entry to the event grounds)

  • Auditing Tickets (often used for clinics, allowing someone to observe but not participate)

These tickets are optional, but can be purchased as part of your entry to enhance your event experience or bring guests.

Step 2: Review Available Ticket Types

On the spectator ticket screen, you will see a list of all ticket types available for the event.

For each ticket, you’ll be able to view:

  • Ticket Name (e.g., “VIP Pass”, “General Entry”)

  • Price (displayed in your local currency)

  • Availability (how many tickets are left)

  • Description (explaining what each ticket includes)

If the description is long:

  • Click the “Square” icon next to the description.

  • This will expand the full text, allowing you to read everything included with that ticket type.

Step 3: Add Tickets to Your Entry

To purchase tickets:

  • Locate the ticket type you want.

  • Enter the number of tickets you’d like to purchase in the quantity box next to that ticket.

You can purchase multiple ticket types at once, such as:

  • 2 VIP Tickets

  • 1 General Admission

  • 1 Auditor Ticket

Step 4: Finalize and Continue

Once you’ve selected the desired number of tickets:

  • Review your selections to ensure accuracy.

  • Click Next to move forward in the registration process.

Your spectator tickets will now be added to your entry and included in your final event invoice.
