Pay entry fees, add to entries and scratch

Step 1: Review Your Total on the Payment Tab

The final step in the registration process is the Payment tab.

  • Click the grand total summary to expand and review all your fees.

  • Ensure everything looks correct before proceeding to payment.

Step 2: Make a Payment

Once you’ve reviewed your total:

  • Click the Pay button.

  • A payment window will appear showing any payment options and credit cards already saved to your account.

To complete payment:

  • Select a payment option.

  • If you choose credit card - a checkmark will appear to confirm selection.

  • Click Pay again to submit payment.

Step 3: Add a New Credit Card (Optional)

If you want to use a new card:

  • Click Add New Card.

  • Enter your card details and click Save.

  • Your new card will now appear in the list, click it to select, then click Pay.

Step 4: View Your Single Entry Summary

After payment, you’ll be taken to your Single Entry dashboard.

Here, you can view and manage every aspect of your entry, including:

  • Classes entered

  • Fees paid

  • Tickets purchased

  • Paperwork status

  • Team members

  • Horses included in the entry

  • Answers to custom questions

Step 5: Check Paperwork Status

Each entry shows whether paperwork has been signed:

  • For example, you may see that Sam Wickedy has not signed his paperwork as a Trainer or Guardian.

  • Minors may have no paperwork to sign themselves.

  • You can track which signatures are still missing for each horse (e.g., 3 signatures missing for Arnold, all signed for Rambo).

Step 6: Navigate Entry Details

From within your single entry dashboard:

  • Team Tab: View team members’ profiles and their assigned roles.

  • Horses Tab: View details of each horse, including health documents and their status (current, expired, or missing).

  • Answers Tab: View your responses to any custom questions asked during registration.

Step 7: Scratch Individual Items or the Entire Entry

If you need to make changes:

  • You can scratch individual items (e.g., a class, a ticket, or a fee).

  • Or, you can scratch the entire entry by clicking Scratch Full Entry.

Important: Scratching the full entry affects all riders included. It is not limited to just one rider.

Step 8: View and Download Your Receipt

To access your receipt:

  • Click Receipt to view a detailed summary of charges.

  • You can download the receipt for your records.

Step 9: Request a Refund (via Scratching)

Refunds are not automatic. To initiate a refund:

  • Scratch the item(s) you no longer want.

  • This will trigger a refund request to the show manager.

Notes:

  • Scratching does not guarantee a refund.

  • The show manager must review your scratch and manually approve the refund.

  • To follow up, contact the show manager directly and ask them to review your refund request.

Step 10: Revisit Your Entry Later

If you return to Pegasus at a later time and want to access your registration:

  • Go to My Events.

  • Click the Registered tab to see events you’ve signed up for.

  • Find the event you want to manage, click Manage, and you’ll return to your Single Entry dashboard.
