Step-by-Step: Paying an Unpaid Bill in Pegasus
1. Log in to Your Account
Visit the Pegasus website or app.
Enter your login credentials to access your profile.
2. Go to the Bills Section
From your Home Search page, locate the left-hand menu bar.
Click on the tab labeled “Bills”.
3. Filter for Unpaid Bills
Once on the Bills page, click the “Unpaid” tab at the top.
This will display any bills that still need payment.
4. Find the Event Bill
Look through the list and locate the bill for the event you wish to pay.
On the right-hand side, click the “Pay” button next to that bill.
5. Review the Bill
A detailed receipt will pop up showing the amount owed.
Scroll to the bottom of the receipt.
6. Choose a Saved Credit Card or Add a New One
If you’ve used a credit card before:
Select your preferred card by clicking it (a blue tick will appear).
If no card is saved yet:
Click “Add New Card”.
Enter your credit card details in the modal that appears.
Save the card to your profile.
7. Complete the Payment
Once a card is selected, click the pink “Pay” button.
The payment will be processed immediately.

Your bill is now paid, and you’ll see the charge reflected in your billing history. You can always return to the Bills tab to view past payments or check on future ones.
