How to find everything on someone's event page

How can I register for an event?

To register for an event, find the event you wish to register for and navigate to the events page.

On the event page, you will see a pink ‘Register’ button on the right-hand side of the screen. Click that button to start the registration process.

How can I see the details of the event?

To view an event's details:

1. Search events in your ‘Search’ page.

2. Click on a single event to navigate to the single event page.

3. You will land on the events ‘Event Details’ page where you can view event details, policies, staff, dates, etc.

4. To view the event schedule, click on the ‘Schedule’ tab at the top of the page.

5. To view the event Classes and Order of Go, click on the ‘Order of Go’ tab at the top of the page.

6. To view the event results, click on the ‘Results’ tab at the top of the page.

How can I see the location of the event?

You can view the event's location in two places:

1. On the single event page, you can view the event address on the data panel on the right-hand side of the event page.

2. You can also view the event location by scrolling to the bottom of the event page where you will find a map with the event location marked. Below the map are extra directions added by the event organizer.

How much does it cost to register for an event?

The cost to register for an event varies depending on the classes and added fees associated with each event. All fees are set by the event organizer when creating the event.

How can I see the registration fee for an event?

All event fees can be viewed on the single event page under ‘Fees’. You can click the ‘More’ button under each fee panel to open a modal with a full list of associated fees.

You can view an event's dates in a few locations:

1. At the top of the events page, below the title and bi-line are four data panels. One is called ‘Dates’ and one is called ‘Registrations’. These two panels display the event start and end dates, as well as registration open and close dates, respectively.

2. On the event page you can view the event dates and registration dates on the data panel on the right-hand side of the page.

3. In your event ‘Search’ page you can view a start date in the top right-hand corner of each single event card. You can also view its registration dates at the bottom of the event card above the list of registered riders.

2. To view the individual staff names, go to the event page and scroll down to the ‘Staff’ section where you can view the name and job role of each staff member. Click on their image to view their profile page.

How can I reach out to who’s running the event?

You can contact the staff running an event in three ways:

1. Go to the event page and in the data panel on the right-hand side of the page, you will see the name and logo of the Event Organizer. Click on their logo to go to their profile page where you can click the ‘Message’ button to email them directly.

2. Go to the event page and scroll down to the ‘Point of Contact’ section. Here you can see the name and phone number of the event's primary point of contact. Click the number to call them.

3. To view the individual staff members, go to the event page and scroll down to the ‘Staff’ section where you can view the name and job role of each staff member. Click on their image to view their profile page. Once on their page, you can click ‘Message’ to email the staff member directly.

Can I sign up to volunteer at an event?

To volunteer for an event, you will need to contact the event staff and ask them to add you as a volunteer which they will do in their ‘Manage Event Dashboard’.

You cannot add yourself as a volunteer.
