At Penji, we like to offer flexible options to our customers, and the Pause plan is one of them. It's a great alternative to fully canceling your subscription if you're going through a slower period and don't need full-time access to our services.
What the Pause Plan Includes
On the Pause plan, you'll pay a reduced fee in exchange for limited access to our services. You can submit up to two non-simultaneous projects per month, so you can still get work done when you need it.
What's Excluded
The Pause plan doesn't include access to the following categories:
Web design
Animations
Infographics
Custom illustrations
Video editing
Figma or Canva deliverables
And others
How Long You Can Stay on the Pause Plan
The Pause plan is designed for short-term use, typically one or two months, before returning to a full-time plan.
Advantages Over Canceling
The biggest advantage of the Pause plan over fully canceling your account is that you keep access to all your completed projects and project history. You can still download specific versions or request changes within the included categories, as long as you have space available in your two monthly projects.
