All project update notifications will be sent directly to your email. However, you’ll need to log into Penji to view the updates themselves.
To reduce the number of email notifications you receive from Penji, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings and Find Notifications. Head to your account settings and locate the notification preferences.
2. Toggle On/Off Options. Select the updates you want to receive, such as new designs, messages, and so on. You can easily toggle them on or off based on your preferences.
We recommend enabling all notifications to stay informed and expedite the process. Each person within your account will receive an email associated with each project within their account.
Rest assured, we won’t overwhelm your inbox with unnecessary emails!
