Sharing Listings in Perchwell
You can easily share listings with clients from the Search Page, a Listing Page, or your Tags tab. Here’s how:
✅ From the Search Page
Spotted the right listings? Share them with your client in just a few clicks directly from Search.
Select the listings you want to share.
Click “Share” in the action bar at the bottom.
Choose a client from your contact list.
Customize your message, then send.
💡 Invited clients will receive the message in their Perchwell Messages tab. All clients will also get an email with your message and the listings.
🏠 From a Listing Page
See a home your client might love? Open a chat and share it right from the Listing page.
In the action window at the top right, click “Share listing or copy link”.
If sharing via email, select your client and add a quick message.
Send the listing directly or copy the link to share manually.
💡 Ideal for when you want to share one listing with quick context.
🏷️ From the Tags Page
Have a few properties saved for later? Share them straight from the Tags page.
Open a tag group from the Tags tab.
Click “Share” in the top-right corner.
Select a client and add a custom message.
