It provides a client-ready experience while keeping agent-only details private.

Once invited, clients gain access to a collaboration workspace within Perchwell.

Invite an Existing Contact
Send an invitation to a contact already in your list.
Go to Contacts. Click on the contact’s name.
Open the contact’s Contact Detail Page.
Click Re-invite Contact to Perchwell at the bottom of the page.
The contact will automatically receive a new invitation email.
Invite a New Contact
Invite a client while creating their contact record.
Go to Contacts.
Click Add Contact.
Enter the contact’s name and email address.
Toggle Invite to Perchwell.
Write a message or select a saved template.
Click Add Contact.
The contact will receive an email invitation to join Perchwell.
Invite Contacts During Bulk Upload
Invite multiple contacts while importing them into Perchwell.
Go to Contacts.
Click Add Contact, then select Bulk Upload.
Download the Perchwell CSV Template.
Add your contacts to the template file.
Upload the completed CSV file.
Choose whether to send invitations by toggling invitations on or off.
Click Upload to finish.
Imported contacts can also be invited later from their Contact Detail Page.

Excited to kick off the home search with you! I'll be using Perchwell to share listings, stay organized, and keep things moving. Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Accept your Invite
Hit the Accept Invitation button in this email.
Set your password. a. Heads up: It's best to do this on a desktop browser first, or use your mobile browser if needed.
Step 2: Download the App
Once your password's set, grab the Perchwell app from the App Store or Google Play and log in.
Step 3: Start Exploring
Messages: This is where I'll send listings your way.
Shared Searches: I'll create a few searches for you too. Just look for your {saved search name} in the saved search drop-down.
Search: Feel free to browse on your own! Add filters and send me anything that catches your eye. a. On desktop: Check the box next to listings > click Share > send via messages b. On mobile: Tap the circle icon > hit Actions > send via messages

Invited contacts can view shared listings, searches, tags, reports, and messages.
Invitations are tied to the contact’s email address.
You can resend invitations at any time from the Contact Detail Page.
