Navigating the Listing Detail Page
We’ve redesigned the Listing Detail Page to make it easy to find everything you need in one place — from property stats to media, agent info, and reports.
Property Summary
You’ll find a quick snapshot of key details on the right side of the page.
Includes:
Address: Full property address, building name, and cross streets (if available)
Asking Price: Current list price
Monthlies: HOA fees, taxes, or common charges
Bedrooms / Total Rooms: Room and bed count
DAM / CDAM: Days active in MLS and cumulative days active
Agent Info: Click the agent’s name to view their profile and contact them by phone or email
Side Panel
Hover over the side panel to reveal quick actions and integrations.
Actions
Contact Agent: Email or call the listing agent
Add Tag: Track price or status changes. Learn more about tags
Share: Send listings via email or in-app messages, copy links, or post to social media
Print: Print the full listing page
Report Listing: Flag any incorrect or suspicious information
Add to Listing Presentation / Auto CMA / One Pager: Instantly generate reports and presentations
Edit Listing: For listing agents, open the edit form to make updates
Integrations
Easily access tools like RPR, DPR, ShowingTime, WellcomeMat, and RatePlug directly from the panel.
Photos and Media
View photos, floor plans, and video tours at the top of the page.
Select “See all photos” to view in full screen or toggle between Carousel and Gallery views.
About
If the listing agent has added a property description or remarks, they’ll appear here.
Select “Read More” to expand long descriptions.

Agents
View agent names, offices, and contact options for both the listing and buyer sides.
Click an agent’s name to open a pop-up window and contact them directly by email.
If you’re representing the buyer, select “Claim Listing” to associate yourself with the record.
Property and Location
Click the property photo to open the full Property Page.
An interactive map shows the location, with quick access to:
Directions (opens in Google Maps)
Street View (move through the area directly from the page)
Financials
Use the built-in payment calculator to estimate monthly or lifetime mortgage payments.
Adjust interest rate, down payment, sale price, or term to see real-time updates.
History
Review full property history including previous listings, sales, and rentals.
Toggle between Sales and Rentals, and click a brokerage name to view the prior record.
More Listings
See similar listings or other units within the same building for quick comparison.
