Creating and Editing Tags

Tagging listings is a great way to organize and save listings based on you or your clients needs. Set up personal alerts to stay up to date on changes and share tags with direct links to listings with one single shareable URL.

Tagging a Single Listing from Search

Tags allow you to group listings into custom folders based on your workflow or client needs.

  1. Navigate to the Search page

  2. Click the Tag icon on the listing card

  3. In the Tag List modal, either:

    1. Click an existing tag folder, or

    2. Type a new tag name into the Search or Create Tag bar and click Save a tag called β€œ[tag name]”

  4. Close the modal to finish


Tagging Multiple Listings from Search (Bulk Tagging)

Bulk tagging lets you select multiple listings and assign them to one or more tag folders.

  1. On the Search page, check the selection boxes on the listings you want to tag

  2. A footer will appear with available actions

  3. Click Tag Selected

  4. In the Tag List modal, select one or more existing tag folders or create a new one

  5. Close the modal when finished


Tagging While Viewing a Single Listing

Tags can also be added while viewing an individual listing.

  1. Locate the listing using Universal Search or by clicking it from your Search results

  2. View the listing

  3. Open the actions panel on the right (hover to reveal or click the three-dot menu at the top right), then click Add Tag

  4. Select an existing tag folder or create a new one

Editing a Tag:

Tags can be renamed, deleted, and configured with alerts that notify the agent of listing changes.

  1. Open Tags in the navigation menu

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the tag

  3. In the modal, you can:

    1. Rename the tag

    2. Enable or disable agent-only alerts

    3. Delete the tag if it’s no longer needed


Things to Know

  • Tags help organize listings for personal tracking or client workflows

  • A single listing can be added to multiple tags (for example, the same group of listings can appear in multiple client folders)

  • Tags include a shareable link that shows all listings within that tag

  • Tag alerts are agent-only and are not visible to clients

  • Tags can be applied from Search, Bulk Actions, or while viewing a listing
