Basic Filters
Location
Location is the foundation of every property search. Choose from multiple options to pinpoint listings that match your client's criteria:
Draw: Create custom shapes on the map to define precise search areas
Commute: Find properties within your client's preferred travel time and mode of transportation
Street: Target specific streets and avenues for a hyper-local search
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Specify exact matches or minimum requirements to narrow your search
Price & Price per Sq Ft
Set your price parameters to match your client's budget
Status & Activity
Current Status: View the latest MLS status
Listing Activity: Track property history and status changes over time
Tip:
Looking for properties that recently came back on the market? Set Current Status to 'Active' and Listing Activity to 'Went into contract' in the last 180 days.
Want to create comps? Add filters that match the subject property with Current Status set to 'Active' and Listing Activity to 'Sold', 'Price drop' and, 'Price Increase' in the last 90 days.
